Description

Our Back to Nature Series is back with the favorite Hiawatha Trail! This trail is one of the most iconic trails in the country crossing through both Montana and Idaho. The trail has long been designated for bike riders only, but will now offer a special single day running experience for this race! Run over scenic trestles, past waterfalls, and through some of the longest railroad tunnels open to foot traffic (1.8miles long). This will truly be a running experience of a lifetime!

Registration

The Hiawatha Spring Trail Run is part of Negative Split's trail race series. No day of race registration is allowed. Shirts and Medals are only guaranteed for participants registering more than 10 days before the race. Shirts and Medals are on a first come first serve basis for those registering less than 10 days before.

The Virtual Run sign up is available between November 15, 2024 - June 08, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between June 2 - June 9, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (June 08, 2025). Runners can choose to earn a 50K, 25K, 15K, or 10K badge.
